ROAD TRIP TO YES NATIONAL CAMPAIGN

THE PROBLEM: American Modern’s insurance agents continuously change in the field. With this change, new agents are on-boarded with very little knowledge of the products. For this project, the team and I needed to create an engaging campaign to teach agents about the rental product.  

THE SOLUTION: The agents at American Modern learn best through storytelling. Because of this, we created an interactive road map, telling the stories of customers and their rental properties. This gave agents real world examples of rental types accepted and how to write them. The omni-channel campaign included an interactive website, a direct mailer, banner ads, emails, videos and social posts.
